End to end project
Fannie Mae does not have a product agnostic view of their 90+ products and tools. Further they do not have the capability to map value to different interactions across their products. The End to End Project was conceptualized to enable senior stakeholders to determine what projects will be the most worthwhile to invest in.
Role: Design Strategist; informal Project Manager
Main Challenges: The project had an enormous potential scope, making setting guardrails necessary. In addition, it also requires alignment of a wide range of senior stakeholders.
Outcome: Project is ongoing.
